Shipping and Returns



If your order contains a preorder item your entire order will ship when that item becomes available. Once available it will ship in the method purchased. If you would like to split the order please contact Customer Service at for further assistance.



We offer FREE standard shipping and handling to all purchases over $75 and ship within 48 hours of receiving order.

Orders may be delivered by FedEx, UPS or the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). An order may be shipped with a higher service tier to meet the original delivery expectations at no additional charge.

Shipping and handling charges are per shipping address. Orders that qualify for free shipping and handling will receive free shipping and handling for all addresses.

Our flat-rate shipping and handling fees apply regardless of order size or weight. In some cases, the flat-rate charge may exceed actual shipping costs.

Ok Bella's I understand that sometimes you need to return something and don't worry, I won't take it personal.


I want you to order with confidence and know you have return options if needed. 


This return and refund policy indicates the context in which you are eligible for a return and/or a refund on your order. This policy covers our online sales.

Due to the nature of product returned items cannot be resold and therefore must be destroyed. Eligible items that fall inside the policy outlined below will receive a refund less shipping and 15% destruction fee.

How many days do I have to return my item?


We understand you might change your mind. As such, you can return any unworn, unwashed clothing for a refund (less shipping and 15% destruction fee), not including shipping within 30 days of delivery. The 30-day window starts on the day the carrier reports the shipment delivered.


Once I am notified of your intent to return an item, I will issue a return authorization and you will have 14 days to complete the return to me.

*Custom orders may not be returned. 

Do I need to cover the return shipping cost?


Yes, unless the reason for the return is due to an error by Aneta Bell. If you are returning your items on your own volition, you may choose the carrier of your choice to return your items to us.

‍What type of refund can I expect?


If you return your order within the 30-day window, we will refund your purchase total less shipping and 15% destruction fee to your original payment method. 

‍When will I receive my refund?


In most cases, the refund will be processed within 48hrs of receiving your returned products. 

We might, however, delay the refund if we need further information from you. We will initiate contact via email in those cases.
